How to Link NIN to Glo Line in 2026 - 3 Easy Methods (USSD, Website & NIMC App)

The Federal Government has directed all network providers including Glo to block lines not linked to NIN. If you don't link, your Glo SIM will be blocked from making calls.

Method 1: Using USSD Code (Fastest)

1. Dial *109*NIN# on your Glo line. For example, if your NIN is 12345678901, dial *109*12345678901#

2. Press Send

3. You will receive a message saying your NIN submission was successful

4. Wait for confirmation SMS from Glo


Method 2: Using Glo Website

1. Go to http://www.gloworld.com/ng/nin

2. Enter your Full Name, Glo Number, NIN, Email

3. Click Submit

4. You will get confirmation that your NIN has been linked


Method 3: Using NIMC App

1. Download NIMC Mobile ID App from Play Store

2. Login with your NIN

3. Go to "My Devices" and link your Glo number


How to Check if Your NIN is Linked to Glo:

Dial *109# and follow the prompt, or dial *996# to check NIN status.


Important Notes:

- Make sure your name on NIN matches the name you used to register your Glo SIM

- If linking fails, visit any Glo office near you with your NIN slip

- One NIN can link up to 7 Glo numbers
